Alvarez's journey began at KROQ in 2003, where she quickly climbed the ranks, eventually hosting middays. Her expertise also extended to tracking for other Audacy Alternative stations. Before her current role, Alvarez had brief stints at WPLA Jacksonville and WZTA Miami, laying the foundation for her successful career.
Now, she's reuniting with former KROQ APD/MD Lisa Worden, who now oversees iHeart's Alternative and Rock Programming as SVP.
