Alvarez's journey began at KROQ in 2003, where she quickly climbed the ranks, eventually hosting middays. Her expertise also extended to tracking for other Audacy Alternative stations. Now, she's reuniting with former KROQ APD/MD Lisa Worden, who now oversees iHeart's Alternative and Rock Programming as SVP.
